Ginger Lee, author of the new book, Spa Style Europe, says that spas today aren't what they used to be.
"The term spa has been diluted to refer to everything from a bath with water jets to an establishment that only offers grooming services," she says. "But, in the
English-speaking parts of Europe and other parts of the world, the term is understood to encompass a wider approach to health and wellness, rest and relaxation that aims to treat
the body, mind and spirit." (ICTeesside.co.uk)
